A Card for Operation Write Home

I tried a new design for this card.  It will be showing up in the card kits.  I’m waiting for new paper this week from SEI.  They always have gorgeous paper with metallic and shimmer accents.  I’ll let you know when it arrives.

New Card Magazine

This is the cover and one page from a new Card Magazine that just arrived in the store.  Along with the Cards magazine, are Scrapbook Trends, Cricut, Beads, and Sewing magazines.  To get you inspired, I’m offering these at 20% off the marked price.  They are really nice, and you should call them softcover books.  Come in and take a look.

More of the Lifestyle Crafts nesting dies have arrived.  I now have all kinds of shapes, and with up to 20 dies per shape, they are a really great value.

If you’re one of the many that admired the card with the large hydrangea stamp on it, I now have both the flower stamp and the sentiment used on the card in stock.  Oh, and if you haven’t had a chance to get in for the pack of Cosmo Cricket paper for $5.00, there are only a few left.

A New Christmas Card

Boy, I don’t know where this week went.  I didn’t get a post done midweek.  But, here is a new card done with paper by Cosmo Cricket and BoBunny, Spellbinder dies, including Rose Creations, pine punch, a Martha Stewart border punch, and a Hero Arts stamp (unfortunately no longer available).  Hope it inspires you.

Christmas is coming

It doesn’t seem possible, but Christmas is only about four months away.  It’s definitely time to begin to think about Christmas cards.  This card will end up at Operation Write Home, but you can use the design for your personal cards.

I now have the Circle Dies in stock.  This set of dies cuts 20 different sizes of circles from 1/2 inch to 5 1/2 inches in diameter.  Twenty dies for only $24.99.  That’s only $1.25 each!  I have more of these die sets on the way.  You need to check these out!!

Looking for bargains?  I have Cosmo Cricket double-sided paper 20 sheets for only $5.00.  At regular price they would cost you $18.00.  I have a few left, so hurry in.  When they’re gone, they’re gone.

Another card not sent yesterday

This is the card that should have been in yesterday’s post.  Somehow, it just didn’t appear.

Cards for the Military

Here are three new cards for Operation Write Home.  The kits are now ready at the store, and because there are Christmas cards in the kits, we won’t have as much time to do these.  They must be shipped by Oct.26th.  As before, the kits are $5.00, and when the cards are returned, you will receive a $5.00 store credit.  It’s amazing how much these cards mean to our military heroes and their families.

If you’re a fan, and even if you’re not, of Cosmo Cricket paper,  I have a deal for you.  Get a pack of  20 sheets of pre-selected Cosmo Cricket double-sided paper for $5.00.  This is an $18.00 retail value.  Quantities are limited, so hurry in before they’re gone.

Christmas Card for Operation Write Home

This Christmas card will be one of the cards in the new card kits for Operation Write Home.  (Check out their website at www.operationwritehome.org to learn more about this great endeavor.)  I will have kits ready tomorrow, Monday, for you to pick up and assemble.  The cost of the kit is $5.00 and when returned assembled, you will get a $5.00 store credit.  This will be the last chance this year to send cards to our military personel for them to send home to loved ones.

If you’re a fan of the dies produced by Spellbinders, and who isn’t,  I have a deal for you.  I just received my order of these stackable dies by Lifestyle Crafts, formerly Quickutz, with up to 20 dies in one shape for (are you ready for this?) only $25.00.  Yes that’s right for the same price as the Nestibilities, you can get up to 20 dies.  Nestibilities have up to 6 dies for the same price.  This is the best deal for the basic shapes  like circles, scalloped circles, ovals, scalloped ovals, squares, scalloped squares, rectangles, and scalloped rectangles.  I also have stars and hexagons.  Oh, I almost forgot that the largest die is 5 1/2 inches and will go through your Big Shot.  Stop by and see what all the talk is about!
