Card In a Box

Hopefully, this picture gives a better idea of the card in a box.  It folds flat to fit in an envelope.  The picture last week was too dark to really get an idea of what it looks like.  If you’re interested in attending this class, please email me or call the store.

The Store will be Open Tomorrow

Don’t you love the glittery foam shapes on these two cards?  These are like pop-dots, sticky on both sides of the shapes.  Add glitter, foil, or flocking and you have a great embellishment.  They also come as snowflakes and trees.  Check them out the next time you’re in the store.

We had a great time with the grandkids. Joe and Sam are 5 and Sarah is almost 8.  How quickly they grow up.  So, since we are back, the store will return to regular hours tomorrow.  See you soon!

October Free Class

Here are the four cards that we’ll make in October’s Free Class.  I have scheduled classes on Wednesday, Oct. 21st at 1:00, Saturday, Oct. 24th at 1:00 (Saturday morning class is full), Tuesday, Oct. 27th at 1:00, and Saturday, Oct. 31st at 10:00.  Please call me at the store tomorrow, or email me to let me know which class you would like to attend.  Be sure to join me for this fun, fall class!

Please Note

I will be visiting my three grandchildren this weekend.  So, consequently, the store will be closed this Friday, Saturday, and Monday, Sept. 16th through the 19th.  The store will be open next Tuesday, Sept. 20th.  They are growing up fast, and we don’t get to see them as often as we would like.  Sarah is 7 and a half, and the twins are 5.  It’s hard to believe they’re that old already.

The card above is done by one of My Favorite Things design team.  I love the Fishtail Stitched Frame.  The stitching adds such a nice detail.  These frames come in all shapes,  so stop in the store to check them out.

New Card

This is one of a set of three new dies from Taylored Expressions.  It makes a simple, quick card.
