I’m Homeless!

I closed on the sale of my house yesterday.  I close on my house in Topeka, KS Monday morning.  I will be moving Thanksgiving weekend.  I have very mixed emotions.  I’m happy to be moving closer to my daughter and her family, but I will miss Hot Springs and the wonderful people I have met here.  I have lived here almost as long as anywhere else in my life.

I will be taking down my website and blog this week.  If you would like to stay in touch, please like my R. U. Stampin’ & Scrappin’ Facebook page.  I hope to keep posting on it.
Thank you for all your support over the years and best wishes to all of you.

It’s hard to believe that almost 5 months have gone by since I sold the store.  I am still in Hot Springs, but hope to move soon.  My plans were to keep this blog running, but after consulting with wordpress, there is no way to do it for less than $13.00 a month.  So I am going to discontinue the blog.  You may still follow me on Facebook at R. U. Stampin’ and Scrappin’.  I know that some of you are not on Facebook, and I am sorry about the blog.  But, I can’t justify $150.00 a year to maintain it.  This will be my last post on the blog.  Thanks for following it for the last 8 years!

New Owner

I’m pleased to announce that the new owner is Patsy Guin.  She’s been hard at work giving the store a fresh, new look and plans to reopen in a couple of weeks.  The new name is Let’s Get Crafty,  and, therefore, has a new blog.  You can subscribe to it at http://www.letsgetcraftyllc.com .  She has some great new plans, and I hope you will welcome and support her!

New Store Name

As most of you know, I have sold the store.  The store will continue with a new name, Lets Get Crafty.  The new owner will be announced in a few days, but until then, if you want to keep up with the news and excitement, you will want to go to the new store blog at http://www.letsgetcraftyllc.com.  Be sure to subscribe, so you get in on all the excitement and news, and there is sure to be a lot.

The 30% off sale ends tomorrow at 3:00 when the store closes.  There are still a lot of great dies and stamps left, so don’t miss out on a chance to add to your collection!  The new owner takes over on May 1st.

Great News!

For all of you who were so sorry to hear of R. U. Stampin’ & Scrappin’s closing,  the good news is that it will remain open.  The store has been purchased and will remain open.  Keep watching, I’m sure there will be some great new changes!!!!!

30% Off

The sale continues with everything now 30% off.  There is still a nice selection, so shop early.  It has come to my attention that there is some confusion about when the store will actually be closed.  I’m shooting for the end of the month.
