Elizabeth Crafts Demo Tomorrow

Hope you have time to stop in the store tomorrow for a demonstration of Elizabeth Crafts stickers and glitter.  Terri Musser, a rep for the company, will be in the store to show you how easy it is to achieve this glittery look.  She will demo from 11:00 to 1:00, so feel free to stop in between those hours to get inspired.

More Quilting Parties

Due to demand, I am scheduling two more Quilting Parties this week.  The first one will be held at 1:00 on Thursday, Jan. 22nd, the other Saturday, Jan. 24th at 10:00.  If you’re interested in attending, please call or email me.  You will need to bring scissors and a liquid adhesive.  The card above is one that we’ll make, only with different paper.  Speaking of paper, don’t forget that the theme scrapbook paper is reduced to ten cents a sheet.  Now is the time to stock up.  There is still a lot left, including sports, baby, and pets.  See you soon!

Quilting Party

I told you that I was condensing my paper, and I decided to eliminate the themed scrapbook paper.  It is all in a box for only ten cents a sheet.  So, all you scrapbookers, come early for the best selection.

Quilting Party

You’re invited to a Quilting Party.  We will be quilting with paper, not fabric, so there will be no sewing.  We will be making 4 or 5 cards. and there will be no charge for this class.  I hope you will be able to join me this Wednesday, the 14th at 1:00  or Saturday, the 17th at 10:00.  You will need to bring small scissors and an adhesive (preferably liquid glue).  Please call or email me if you would like to attend.

A new order from Memory Box arrived Saturday with some of the newly released dies.  There are some really interesting ones.  Also, new stamps from Rubbernecker just came in.  This is a new company for the store, and I’m really intrigued by them.  There are several stamps that are stamped inked with different colors and stamped repeatedly to get a multi-colored image.  Come and check out these new products, soon.

Final Two Cards for the Kit

These are the last two cards that make up the eight cards in the Valentine’s Card Kit.  The kits are now available in the store.  The cost is $10.00 for the eight cards.  All you need to do is assemble the cards, since everything else is done.  The insides of the cards are blank, so that you may use them for occasions other than Valentine’s Day.  If you need multiple kits, please call or email me so that I have enough in the store.  See you soon!

These are cards five and six in the kit.   I’ll have kits in the store tomorrow.  Remember that these cards may be used for other occasions, not just Valentines.  Like the die cut heart?  It’s available in the store.  Hope I’ll see you this week.

Another Valentine’s Card

This is another of the cards in the Valentine’s Card Kit.  Obviously, it may be used for several different occasions, not just Valentine’s Day.  I am loving the set of borders from Spellbinders.  You can see several of them used on this card.   The flower is a Penny Black stamp, hand cut.  Sorry, there isn’t a die to match, at least not yet.  The card kit will be $10.00 for 8 cards, and there will not be “insides” for the cards, since they may be used for different occasions.

Happy New Year!

I wish you all a happy and healthy year in 2015!  I hope in this new year, you will set aside a little time for yourselves and spend that time creating and having fun.  Many of you have raised your families and worked, but now is the time to have some fun and that is what R. U. Stampin’ & Scrappin’ is all about.  Keep watching for some new ways to enjoy this new year.  In the meantime, here is another of the cards in the Valentine Card Kit that will be available next week.
